Generation Y and Z Perceptions of Hospitality Self-Service Technology

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions Generation Y and Z regarding self-service technology personal service in hospitality industry. Technologically-savvy collegiate students Midwestern part USA served as target population for study. results indicate that participants believe is more important than use However, prefer convenience promptness technology. Practical implications recommendations further studies were addressed.
